Chungkang, an export packaging specialist company, is hiring on-site production staff. ■ Main duties - Making wooden export boxes - Making wooden pallets - Export packaging of machines and equipment - Cutting and assembling plywood and lumber - Packing work inside the factory - On-site packing trips to client sites - Helping move products and other on-site work No experience or education level required. Beginners may apply. We are looking for someone to learn export packaging on the job and work long-term. ■ Working conditions - Basic hours: 08:00 ~ 17:00 - 5 days a week / 40 scheduled work hours per week - Weekday overtime may occur depending on workload. - Saturday and Sunday extra work may occur depending on workload. - Overtime and holiday work pay is paid separately according to the law. ■ Pay conditions - Base pay: KRW 2,156,880/month or more (2026 minimum wage standard) - On-site allowance: KRW 400,000/month - Fuel allowance: KRW 100,000/month - Overtime pay: paid separately - Holiday and extra work pay: paid separately In addition to base pay and on-site allowance, fuel allowance and overtime/extra work pay are also paid, so actual monthly pay increases with overtime and extra work hours. ■ Preferred - Can commute by own car - Has a driver's license - Can operate a forklift - Experience in manufacturing, production, woodworking, or export packaging - Available for overtime and weekend extra work - Available for long-term work Beginners can also learn on the job while working.
