[Main Duties] - Overall management of meat processing production process - Establishment of production plans and management of production schedules - Management of production volume and production yield - Input/output and inventory management of raw meat - Management of production process and work personnel - Worker assignment and production site management - Identification of causes and improvement when production-related problems occur - Other overall management duties of the production team Wage Monthly salary 3,300,000 KRW ~ 3,500,000 KRW or less Negotiable Preferred - 3 years or more experience in the meat processing industry - Experience in production site and staff management - Understanding of meat processing production process - HACCP-related work experience (preferred) - Understanding of production yield and cost management (preferred)
