o Work content: green space management, tree management, landscape management and similar work inside the memorial park
o Number to hire: 1 person
o Requirements: age 60 or older
(Based on Article 16 Paragraph 1 of the Act on Senior Employment and Social Activity Support / Article 7 Paragraph 1 of the Framework Act on Employment Policy)
* The retirement age is 80, so even after the labor contract is signed, if the retirement age is reached you may work until the last day of that month and then retire.
o Work days: 5 days a week (also works on public holidays and traditional holidays)
o Work hours: 8:30 ~ 17:30 (8 hours, 1 hour break)
o Contract period
2026. 10. 1.(Thu) ~ 2026. 12. 31.(Thu)
* Because this is a yearly public program, if the contract continues you can work for a total of 9 months.
o Pay: green space management (simple labor daily wage 82,560 KRW / skilled worker daily wage 88,048 KRW)
o Preferred: people with experience in related work, people skilled in using pruning machines
o Hiring process
Document submission -> announcement of document screening results (9. 23.) -> interview (9. 28.) -> announcement of interview results (9. 28.) -> practical test (9. 29.)
-> announcement of final results (9. 29.)
1st document screening: review of qualifications, career, resume and so on
2nd interview screening: review of expertise in the field, ability to do the work, suitability and basic qualities
3rd practical screening: review of ability to operate work related equipment
* The hiring schedule may change according to the organization schedule.
o Documents to submit: 1 copy of resume and cover letter
o Other: if the final successful applicant gives up or leaves soon after starting, additional people may be selected in the order of the next highest interview scores.
