🔴 You have to apply within 90 days of the day you entered, and if you miss it there is a fine. From January 2025 the card became an IC chip card and the fee went up from 30,000 won to 35,000 won.

Papers you usually need
  • Integrated application form (통합신청서, attached Form No. 34)
  • Passport
  • 1 passport photo (3.5×4.5cm)
  • Proof of your address in Korea (lease contract, dormitory confirmation)
  • Documents for your visa type (standard labor contract, proof of enrollment, etc.)
