I want to open a shop or run a business in Korea
사업자등록 신청
People who want to run a business on a status with no work restrictions, such as D-8 corporate investment, F-2, F-5 or F-6
Sometimes an agent can do this for you. Ask us and we will check.
🔴 The first thing to check is whether your own status lets you run a business. E-9, H-2, D-2 and others in principle cannot register a business and carry out profit-making activity, and breaking this can get your status cancelled and you deported. It overlaps with tax work, so how far it can be handled for you needs checking.
