🔴 This is an Employment Permit System procedure, belonging exclusively to the employment center and its designated agencies (the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, KBIZ, Nonghyup, Suhyup), so a private administrative scrivener cannot do it for you. You have to complete the period of trying to recruit Korean workers first (14 days for manufacturing, construction and services; 7 days for agriculture, livestock and fisheries). Changes such as a worker leaving have to be reported within 15 days of the event, and the report to the employment center and the report to immigration are separate - you have to do both.

Papers you usually need
- Application to issue or reissue an employment permit (고용허가서), or application for the special case employment confirmation (특례고용가능확인서)
- Business registration certificate (사업자등록증); for farming and livestock, the farm business registration confirmation (농업경영체 등록확인서)
- Proof that you tried to hire Korean workers (the job posting record on Work24, 고용24)
- Proof of enrollment in employment insurance and industrial accident insurance
- Standard labor contract (표준근로계약서), and the report of employment change (고용변동 신고서)
