🔴 This belongs exclusively to the employment center and its designated agencies, so a private administrative scrivener cannot do it for you. There are two deadlines: ① apply within 1 month of the day your contract ended, and ② get the workplace change permit from immigration within 3 months of applying - if you don't, you have to leave the country. If illness or injury stops you finding work, you can apply separately to extend the period. In principle the limit is 3 changes in 3 years, but changes that are not the worker's fault are not counted.

- Copies of your passport and Alien Registration Card (외국인등록증)
- Document confirming your labor contract ended (job separation confirmation, etc.)
- Proof of the reason for the change (confirmation of unpaid wages, proof the business closed or suspended, etc.)
