🔴 Statuses such as E-9 (Employment Permit System) and H-2 are not allowed to bring family. The first thing to check is whether your own status can bring anyone. F-3 and F-1 holders in principle cannot work, and to work they have to get separate permission for activity outside their status.

- Integrated application form, or application for a Certificate of Visa Issuance Confirmation (사증발급인정신청서)
- Passport and Alien Registration Card (외국인등록증)
- Proof of family relationship (issued in your home country + apostille or consular confirmation + Korean translation)
- The inviter's proof of employment or proof of enrollment
- The inviter's proof of income and housing
