The district tax office (세무서) of the National Tax Service (국세청), or Hometax online (홈택스)
Papers you usually need
- Withholding tax receipt for earned income (근로소득 원천징수영수증)
- Passport and Alien Registration Card (외국인등록증)
- Receipts for deductions (medical costs, education costs, donations, monthly rent, etc.)
- Copy of your bankbook
- Family relation documents from your home country (for the dependent deduction)
