I don't understand what my contract says (please check it before I sign)

근로계약서 확인 및 근로조건 상담

Every foreign worker signing a new or changed employment contract. Anyone who cannot read a contract written in Korean.

Sometimes an agent can do this for you. Ask us and we will check.
🔴 Before you sign, always check the wages, working hours, days off and the deductions for room and board. Deductions for room and board have an upper limit and need the worker's consent. Advice on contract terms and disputes belongs to certified labor attorneys and lawyers, so an administrative scrivener is limited to helping prepare the documents.

Leave a question

Just leave one way to reach you. We check it, pass it to an administrative agent, and the agent contacts you directly.

We only take your request and pass it to an administrative agent. You pay us nothing.

The more you write, the faster the agent can answer you.

It does not have to be a Korean number. Choose the country in the box before this one, and write only the number here.

We do not check what you write, and we do not report it to anyone. We do not tell employers either.

The year and month you are allowed to stay until. Look for the period of stay on your ARC (foreigner ID card), not the card's issue date. It is fine if you are not sure.

The contract has to be signed face to face, so we ask where you live only to connect you with an agent near you.

More options Optional

What you write and your contact go only to the administrative agent handling this. We do not tell your employer. The agent tells you the cost directly.
