Every registered foreigner whose period of stay is running out. It doesn't matter what status you hold - E-9, H-2, E-7, D-2, D-4, D-10, F-2, F-4, F-6, all of them.

🔴 Go even one day past your expiry date and you become an illegal overstayer, facing fines and a departure order. You can apply from 4 months before it expires, so do it early. Marriage migrants (F-6) pay 30,000 won. E-9 and H-2 holders must first have their employment period extended at the employment center before immigration will extend their stay.
