I want to switch my current visa to a different one

Anyone whose activity is changing - student to worker, job seeker to worker, worker to spouse, and so on (D-2→E-7, D-10→E-7, E-9→F-6, etc.)

An administrative agent can do this for you.

  • Integrated application form (통합신청서, attached Form No. 34)
  • Passport and Alien Registration Card (외국인등록증)
  • Documents proving you meet the requirements of the status you want to change to (employment contract, proof of enrollment, marriage certificate, etc.)
  • Copy of the company's business registration certificate (사업자등록증), if it is a work status
  • Degree certificate and proof of work experience
