I want to change companies (or I already have)

근무처 변경·추가 허가 또는 신고

People on work statuses such as E-1 to E-7. Depending on your job type, you either need permission before you move or only have to report it after you have moved.

An administrative agent can do this for you.
🔴 The first thing to find out is whether your job type needs permission in advance or only a report afterwards. If it needs permission and you start working first, that is illegal employment; if it only needs a report, you have to report within 15 days of your first day at work. Reporting after the fact is free.

Leave a question

Just leave one way to reach you. We check it, pass it to an administrative agent, and the agent contacts you directly.

We only take your request and pass it to an administrative agent. You pay us nothing.

The more you write, the faster the agent can answer you.

It does not have to be a Korean number. Choose the country in the box before this one, and write only the number here.

We do not check what you write, and we do not report it to anyone. We do not tell employers either.

The year and month you are allowed to stay until. Look for the period of stay on your ARC (foreigner ID card), not the card's issue date. It is fine if you are not sure.

The contract has to be signed face to face, so we ask where you live only to connect you with an agent near you.

More options Optional

What you write and your contact go only to the administrative agent handling this. We do not tell your employer. The agent tells you the cost directly.
